Nas notas ao disco antológico Meet the Eels (2008), Mark Everett diz sobre determinada canção: «The person who inspired this also inspired another song on this collection. Let's face it: the girl is good for my catalogue». E eu penso nas três mulheres «importantes para o meu catálogo», e também estou agradecido.
